4. Estimates and Proposals

Website inquiries are not offers. Pricing is illustrative unless identified as a formal proposal. Proposals are subject to site verification, material availability, labor availability, permitting, and other project conditions.

5. Electronic Signatures

Electronic approvals and signatures transmitted through our CRM, email, customer portal, or e-signature platforms have the same legal effect as handwritten signatures.

6. Customer Portal

Customers are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activity occurring under their accounts.

7. CRM and Digital Communications

You consent to receive estimates, proposals, invoices, scheduling notices, inspection reports, photographs, service updates, reminders, and other project communications electronically.

8. Email and SMS

Email constitutes acceptable written communication. If you provide a mobile number, you consent to receive project-related SMS messages. Standard carrier rates may apply.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, graphics, proposals, documents, and other materials are the property of Meridian Landscape unless otherwise stated and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Landscape Renderings

Conceptual renderings and artist's illustrations are for visualization purposes only. Final installations may vary due to field conditions, material availability, engineering, grading, or design revisions.

11. Photographs

Meridian Landscape may photograph projects for documentation, warranty, insurance, training, dispute resolution, and marketing purposes unless otherwise prohibited by written agreement.

12. Payment Processing

Online payments may be processed through third-party providers. Meridian Landscape does not store complete payment card information.

13. Acceptable Use

Users may not attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, impersonate others, scrape data, or interfere with operation of the Services.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian Landscape shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from use of the Services.
