Meridian Landscape was founded in 2007 on the principles of proper business ethics and practices while providing superior customer service. Meridian Landscape utilizes a combination of industry leading expertise, priority customer service, and technology to effectively manage, enhance, and preserve landscapes throughout Southern Nevada. Our teams of professionals are well versed in proper horticultural practices and are equipped to handle even the most challenging of landscape environments.
Our Management and Field staff consists of highly experienced professionals who have worked together for many years prior to the establishment of Meridian Landscape. We have built our clientele solely through referrals, and our team members are carefully selected based on internal and external recommendations. This ensures that our customers can expect team members who possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and work ethic to align with our company values. Our exceptional employee retention rate is a testament to the value we place on our employees and clients. We achieve this by prioritizing respect, communication, and training, and by investing heavily in our employees' education, technology, and infrastructure.

As the sole owner and founder of Meridian Landscape, Inc., Mr. Huebsch’s role in Meridian Landscape has always been to set the foundation of the vision of the organization. Utilizing the skills he learned while working for almost 10 years in a Fortune 500 Corporation, as well as working for 7 years with a few reputable landscape firms in the Las Vegas Valley; Mr. Huebsch founded Meridian Landscape in early 2007 as a way to channel his experiences into a company that he and his customers could be proud of.
Gleaning those experiences from many sources, such as working with Kaizen principles, corporate structuring and restructuring, 27 years with a heavy focus in customer service, maximization of the customer experience, and a true love of landscape, design, and education; and all with the clients and staff that make it all happen, allowed him the freedom to express and share his vision and knowledge to our customers.
From offering tuition reimbursement for all tenured employees, to ongoing classes and training in the field and at our corporate offices; education has always been at the forefront of everything that is done at Meridian Landscape. Investing in the employees instills the basics of reciprocity from respect of one another, all the way down to how we treat our clients, and the services we provide. Mr. Huebsch has always been at the forefront of this philosophy and utilizes that as the base structure of Meridian Landscape.
Always involved in the day to day operations of the company, Mr. Huebsch works closely with his management team to ensure that our core values stay in the foreground; as well as helping to manage operations, implement policies, and set the pace of the company for the ever-changing marketplace.
Mr. Huebsch loves the outdoors, from off-road activities, to camping and travel, the love of new experiences drives him both personally and professionally.
